The custom built to size tank can be placed on the ground or on your trailer.  Cover it with sand and the sand stays warm.  The heat from the tank radiates up through the sand.  Use the dip tower to get hot water for mixing.

The Heat-R-Sand™ performs two tasks with one piece of equipment.
Gone are the days of thawing  out  sand the first thing in the morning.  Never worry about the dangers of using a torch.  Water is heated by an element that is plugged into a 220V electrical outlet.  Plug it in over night, adjust the thermostat to desired temperature.
Both  the sand and water are warm or hot in the morning.
