Our patent pending Mix-N-Place™ is the fastest grout and mortar delivery system available. You can mix, dispense and place your materials with one machine. With the Mix-N-Place™ , you eliminate labor and forklift time by taking the mixer to the mortar tubs instead of taking the tubs to the mixing site.
Because of the 20 or 12 cu.ft. capacity you can fill several tubs with one trip. Also, since tubs are never missing, you will always have fresh mortar on your mortar boards. You can grout with only two people. One person is on the forklift and the other controls the pour directly into the block. You can mix your own grout and place with this one machine or you can fill with a redi-mix truck and place the grout. Since you can mix and place your grout and mortar with one machine, you also save on equipment costs..

Push Button Masonry

See how a mortar tub is being filled right on the scaffolding. Because the Mix-N-Place™ mixer and delivery system is taken to the tubs, instead of the tubs to the mixing site, the tubs never leave the scaffolding. This means you don't have to try to set the tubs back on the scaffolding.

The Mix-N-Place™ mixer and delivery system is used to grout. You can now mix and place your grout with one machine. Also, it only takes two people to grout, one on the forklift and one controlling the placement.

The Mix-N-Place™ mixer and delivery system is used with a crane to grout. Place straps through the fork pockets and hook the straps to the crane hook.
